Agents & Artists
Advance every act in one place. Register the performer, complete their accreditation, drop in promo assets, and log arrival, set time, stage, rider and requests. Saving adds the act to the completed list, shared live with every signed-in staff device.

Submissions
Every form on the website, filed here as it arrives — contact, talent, traders, sponsorship, media, careers, stewards, nominations, memberships and package enquiries. A copy also goes to Netlify Forms and to marcus@valleyfest.co.uk.
Orders
Every online order — tickets, merch, camping, memberships and package deposits. Search, resend tickets, add notes, mark refunds (which voids the tickets and releases the stock).

Reservations
Free reservations with a card on file. Nothing has been charged yet — charge one now, or let the daily job take payment on the due date. Releasing cancels it and charges nothing.
Gate Scan
Point the camera at a ticket QR code, or type the code. Each ticket admits once — a second scan is refused with the time and who let them in.
Operations
The running sheet for tasks, and the infrastructure register for everything that has to be delivered, built, powered and struck — stages, utilities, bars, traders, kitchen and spa. Shared live between every signed-in staff device.
