Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Valley Fest is organised by V Fest Ltd (“Valley Fest”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at The Community Farm, Denny Lane, Chew Magna, Bristol BS40 8SZ. You can contact us at info@valleyfest.co.uk.

These terms apply to every purchase or reservation made through valleyfest.co.uk and to your attendance at Valley Fest 2027, which takes place from Thursday 30 July to Sunday 2 August 2027 at The Community Farm, Chew Magna. Please read them before you buy. By purchasing, reserving or using a ticket you agree to them, together with our Website Terms, Privacy Policy and the conditions of entry displayed on site.

2. Buying a ticket

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. There are no booking fees on advance tickets. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we email your tickets; until then we may decline an order, for example where stock has run out or a price was displayed in error, in which case anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Payment is taken by Revolut, our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Tickets are delivered by email as QR codes and are also available at the link in that email. Each code admits once and is exchanged for a wristband at the gate; the wristband is your proof of admission for the rest of the festival and must not be removed or transferred.

Adult, family, teen and child tickets are as described on the ticket page. All under-12s are admitted free with a ticket-holding adult, teens aged 12–17 require a teen ticket, and everyone under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult who is responsible for them throughout.

3. Reservations (reserve now, pay later)

Some products can be reserved for no payment today. When you reserve, our payment provider verifies your card and securely saves it; £0.00 is charged at that point. We tell you the amount and the date on which payment will be taken (normally within 14 days of reserving, or a later date where stated on the product) and we email you a reminder two days beforehand.

You may cancel a reservation at any time before payment is taken, at no cost, by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us. On the date stated we will take the full amount from the saved card. If the payment is declined we will retry over the following days and let you know; if it still fails your reservation lapses and nothing is charged. Once payment is taken, the reservation becomes an order and these terms apply to it in full, including the refund rights in section 5.

A reservation is a request to purchase and does not by itself guarantee availability if we are unable to take payment.

4. Camping, extras and pre-books

Weekend tickets include a free tent pitch in General, Family or Accessible camping. Camper van passes, pre-pitched cabin tents and bell tents are sold or reserved separately and are subject to availability. Feast seats and wellness spa passes can be bought outright or pre-booked; where a pre-book is stated to be charged on a particular date (for example 1 June 2027), section 3 applies and payment is taken on that date.

5. Refunds, cancellation and transfers

Refunds. Any ticket, camping product or extra bought for Valley Fest 2027 is fully refundable on request up to and including 1 June 2027. Email us with your order reference and the refund is returned to the original payment method within 14 days. After 1 June 2027 tickets are non-refundable except where the festival is cancelled or materially changed (section 6) or where you have a legal right to a refund.Transfers. Tickets are fully transferable right up until the day of the festival. To transfer, email us with the order reference and the new holder’s name and email; we will reissue the ticket. Tickets may not be resold for more than their face value or used for promotions, competitions or hospitality packages without our written consent, and we may cancel tickets that are.Merchandise. Merchandise is printed to order by our fulfilment partner. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an order for merchandise within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund, provided the item is returned unworn and in its original condition; you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including postage, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. If the festival is cancelled or changes

If Valley Fest 2027 is cancelled in full, you will be offered a full refund of the ticket price. If it is materially changed — for example a change of date or a reduction of more than one day — you will be offered a refund or the option to keep your ticket for the rescheduled event. The line-up, timings and site layout are subject to change and artists may be replaced; such changes are not a material change and do not entitle you to a refund. Refunds do not extend to travel, accommodation or other costs you have incurred.

Where cancellation is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, official orders, epidemic, utility failure or force majeure), we will still refund the ticket price but are not liable for any other loss.

7. Entry and conduct

Admission is subject to a bag search and the conditions of entry displayed on site. We may refuse entry or remove without refund anyone who is behaving dangerously or anti-socially, who is abusive to staff or other guests, who breaches these terms or the conditions of entry, or who cannot show a valid ticket or wristband.

Not permitted on site: glass, drugs, weapons, fireworks, drones, animals other than assistance dogs, and any item we reasonably consider unsafe. Alcohol may be brought into the campsites in reasonable quantities for personal use but not into the arena. Unauthorised trading, sampling and promotion are prohibited.

Photography and filming take place throughout the festival for editorial and promotional purposes. By attending you consent to being included in such material without payment; if you would prefer not to be, please tell a member of staff or contact us.

8. Camping conduct and safety

You camp at your own risk and must follow the campsite rules and the instructions of stewards. No open fires or disposable barbecues. Vehicles are permitted only in designated areas and must not be driven on site during the festival except by arrangement. Valuables should not be left unattended; we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of enjoyment, or for business losses.

10. Your information

We use your details to fulfil your order, issue tickets, contact you about your booking and, only where you have agreed, to tell you about future events. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute may be brought in the courts of England and Wales (or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there). If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights; for advice about them contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.
