Valley Fest is made by people who love the valley. A paid summer role on the crew, a few Steward shifts in exchange for your ticket, or spreading the word as an Ambassador or Affiliate — this is where to start, and all three are open for 2027 now.

We're a tiny year-round team that grows into a small village every summer. If you want to help build a festival on a farm — from production to partnerships — this is where roles appear.
Open Roles
Four teams, all open for 2027 applications now. You don't need festival experience — just a good attitude, a pair of boots and the ability to keep smiling in a field at 1am.

Guest Services & Front of House
The first faces our audience meets. You handle arrival, tickets and wayfinding, and make sure everyone — whatever their needs — feels looked after from the car park to the campsite.
