1. About us
valleyfest.co.uk (the “site”) is operated by V Fest Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales at The Community Farm, Denny Lane, Chew Magna, Bristol BS40 8SZ. Contact: info@valleyfest.co.uk.
By using the site you agree to these terms. Purchases and reservations are governed by our Ticket Terms; our use of your personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or bulk-download content, use automated tools to buy or reserve tickets, or use the site in any way that breaks the law or damages our reputation.
Some areas, such as the staff back office, are restricted. Attempting to access them without authorisation is a breach of these terms and may be an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
3. Accuracy and availability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and up to date, but line-ups, timings, prices and availability can change and we do not guarantee that the site is free of errors. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the site for business or operational reasons without notice. Where a price is displayed in error we may decline an order, as set out in the Ticket Terms.
4. Ask Val
Ask Val is an automated assistant that answers questions using information we have published. Its answers are provided for convenience and may occasionally be incomplete or out of date; they do not form part of any contract with you. Where an answer matters, check the relevant page or contact us. Questions you type into Ask Val are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Content and intellectual property
The Valley Fest name, logo, cow mark, photography, artwork and text on the site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for personal use but must not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit them without our written permission. Press materials in our media kit may be used in accordance with the guidelines published there.
If you submit content to us — for example an artist nomination, a talent application or a photo — you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with the festival.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services including our payment provider (Revolut), our print partner, ticket and mapping services and social platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and linking to them is not an endorsement.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on its content, that was not a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version on the site at the time you use it is the one that applies.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
